I recently discovered the thought of reversible cables, just what a lovely and tidy factor, particularly for any enjoyable thick scarf that won’t curl in on itself and you also won’t worry about obtaining the right side facing out. We used the free pattern Palindrome, that’s quite simple, and added a pattern repeat. I’m using Berocco Comfort Chunky yarn on size #8 needles to keep the ribbing nice tight.
I bought four balls of yarn and I’m half way using the third ball, the scarf is extended enough that we can make a hat employing the same reversible cable pattern.
